Gravity Colonics
Natural Flow, Natural Healing
Gravity colonics are considered better by some because the gentle, gravity-fed water flow is more natural and comfortable than pressurized methods, allowing for better control and a more personalized session where the body can process the water intake and exit more easily. This gentle approach is seen as less traumatic for the colon, especially for those with a weaker intestinal tract, and offers a calmer, more healing experience.

Why Gravity Colonics are Better
Gentle & Natural
The method uses the natural force of gravity to introduce water, avoiding the potentially traumatic pressure of machine-assisted colonics.
Enhanced Experience
The simultaneous exit of water allows the client to focus more on what is being released than on the input of water, leading to a calmer and more effective process.
Better Control
The therapist can adjust the flow of water using the gravity-fed system, providing personalized feedback and creating a more comfortable session.
Suitable for Weak Intestinal Tracts
The non-pressurized nature makes it ideal for individuals with weaker or more sensitive intestinal tracts, preventing discomfort or trauma.
Simultaneous Water Flow
Water flows in and out of the colon simultaneously, preventing water retention and reducing the feeling of being overwhelmed by water intake.
Stimulates the Colon
The process, often combined with abdominal massage, helps stimulate the colon's natural ability to contract and move waste, restoring tone and proper function.
How They Work
01
Water Source
A tank of purified, warm water is suspended above the treatment table.
02
Gravity Feed
Water flows by gravity through a tube into the colon via a disposable speculum.
03
Simultaneous Exit
Waste and water are simultaneously flushed out through a closed system tube, preventing any odor or mess.
04
Therapist's Role
A trained therapist monitors the flow and may perform abdominal massage to encourage peristalsis and help the colon regain its natural shape and strength.
